A good Impression leads to a greater Following

What is a good way to introduce yourself on Instagram? How to allure these people onto seeing more of your page/ site? Is it really necessary to do these things even if they can see our posts? These are just some of the guide questions that will help us further understand what an Instagram bio is.

Instagram Bio is the section on your profile where you put some information about yourself and your business. It’s located below your username. This is where you introduce your brand to your potential customers and create personal connections. It’s the first thing people would notice when they go to your profile. And if we’re talking about being positive, it drives an amount of traffic to your business. These are somewhat self-explanatory. These are the reasons why Instagram Bio is very important. It may be just seen on a portion of your Instagram, but no matter how small space it’s given, they will always be the start of your strategy. They serve to give an impression and information, or simply an introduction to your services.

An Instagram bio should be something that you’ll really give time to. It should be creative, so people will be more engaged when they see it. It has to be informative, where limited characters should summarize or give information already about your brand and services. And it should be something genuine. Something that really represents your company or yourself because people are really keen on details and they know if something’s really been thought of or copy-pasted.

Here are some tips on making an Instagram Bios

  • Name

– It’s the first step in creating a good Instagram Bio. Use your real name of course. People will be searching for you and most likely use your name or company’s name. It also gives people the knowledge that they’re viewing the right profile and not an impostor’s. You may also add some words that will help yours stand out. Something users will find funny but professional in the same way.

  • Skills

– You should include an explanation of what kind of business you do. If you want yours to stand out, include skills, professions, or  hobbies. It’s important to show to potential customers that you’re that unique and that uniqueness sets you apart from your competitors.

  • Keywords

– Using keywords won’t improve the search of your brand on Instagram but it gives you more focus and connects you with followers who want to engage with your content. Using core values as keywords helps you connect with targeted audiences that have the aim core values. Using keywords that target your audience and niche will help users understand who you are, what how your account is relevant to them

  • Website Link

– When one of your followers clicks on the link in your bio, they’ll be taken to a web and mobile-optimized landing page that resembles your Instagram feed and displays your Instagram posts as clickable images. Instagram only gives users one clickable link on their profile, and it’s the link in your bio.

  • Email

– Adding your email makes it easy for your followers to contact and connect with you. It has also become common for users to share their emails.

Here are some examples :

Get them impressed for them to follow

  • Add keywords and descriptive words into your profile name
  • Use your bio to convey the services you’re offering and for them to know what to expect from your page
  • Use Line breaks and emojis to make your bio easy to read
  • Include a CTA for your followers to know where to learn more about you
  • Use a link in the bio tool to show more than one link for your traffic conversion

Instagram Bio is very important. It’s the digital equivalent of a storefront. Everyone who visits your profile is a potential customer. Whatever bio they may see, if it’s attractive they’ll go enter and take a look. But if it’s something so boring and simple, they might just pass through it. So upon making your bio, make sure it’s as engaging and creative as your posts. Use emoji to space out text and to show off your brand’s personality. Include your branded hashtag whenever you promote an Instagram contest or UGC on that way it gives drive and engagement to your posts.

A good Instagram bio is one that creates a great impression. Not only will including these in your Instagram bio serve as an introduction to new viewers, but it can also determine whether they’ll follow. And that impression is leading to gaining real Instagram followers. It convinces users to click on the “follow” button. In creating your bio make sure you were able to explain who you are and what you do. You are specific about the keywords and hashtags you’ll be using to have a great understanding of your nice audience. Share the personality of your company and provide information about your company for a chance to connect and get in touch with your followers.

CONQUER THE WORLD WITH YOUR ENGAGEMENT

Let’s Get Engaged!

On running a business or having your brand be heard on Instagram, there are things you have to consider such as likes, followers, brand marketing strategy, Instagram influencer marketing, and many more. Another thing you have to consider that is the sole responsible for the growth of your brand to gain real Instagram followers is engagement. The engagement will help you grow your Instagram.

Instagram engagement is how the public interacts with the content you post. Calculating it’s rate measures how well your brand is connected with your audience.

Here are tips on how to measure your engagement:

  • Impressions – The total number of times all your Instagram posts and your Stories are seen
  • Reach – The number of unique views your posts and Stories have
  • Website clicks – The number of times the website link in your Instagram account is clicked, causing a user to leave Instagram and visit your website.
  • Profile visits – The number of times a user visited your Instagram profile.
  • Followers – Calculate your follower growth rate by dividing the number of followers you’ve gained in a specific time period by the previous number of followers. Multiply that by 100 for the percentage.
  • Comments – The number of times users have written something underneath your post, including when they tag a friend. Add the number of comments with likes and saved posts to find the total interactions on a post.
  • Saved posts – The number of times users have clicked on the flag icon at the right-hand side of your post to add to their private collection of saved posts. They will probably return to your post to review later or view it repeatedly.
  • Views – The total number of times your video or Instagram Story was viewed.
  • Likes – The number of times users have clicked on the heart underneath your post. Even with likes being hidden, remember: Likes still matter.

Calculate your brand’s Instagram engagement rate

Engagement rate by reach ( ERR )

Pros: Reach can be more accurate than follower count since not all followers see your content and non-followers can be exposed to your posts through shares, and other means

Cons: a very low reach can lead to a very inaccurate high engagement rate

  • Most commonly used to calculate engagement with content
  • Measures the people who chose to interact with your content after seeing it
  • Single post : ERR = total of engagement posts / reach per post * 100
  • Average ERR = Total ERR / Total Posts

Engagement rate by posts ( ER)

Pros: a better way to gauge interaction based on how people have seen your post this formula replaces reach with followers. It is a more stable metric of measurement

Cons: It doesn’t account for viral reach. And as followers go up, your rate of engagement could go down a little

  • This formula measures engagements by followers on a specific post.
  • Single post : ER post = total engagement on a post / total followers * 100
  • Average ER by post = total ER by post / total posts

Engagement Rate by impressions

Pros: useful when you’re running paid content and you need to evaluate its effectiveness

Cons: the base is bound to be lower than ERR and ER post. It’s best to use it with ER reach

  • While reach measures the people who see your content, impression tracks how often they appear on that content
  • Single post: ER Impression: total engagement on a post / total impression * 100
  • Average: Total ER impression / Total Posts

Daily Engagement rate ( Daily ER)

Pros: Good way to gauge how often your followers interact with your account on a daily basis

Cons: the formula doesn’t account for the fact that the same follower may engage 10 times in a day, versus 10 followers engaging once.

  • While engagement rate by reach measures engagement against maximum exposure, it’s still good to have a sense of how often your followers are engaging with your account on a daily basis.
  • Daily ER = Total engagements in a day / Total followers *100
  • Average Daily ER = Total engagements for X days / (X days *followers) *100

Engagement rate by Views ( ER views)

Pros: if your video’s objective is to generate engagement

Cons: View tallies often include repeat views from a single user (non-unique views). While that viewer may watch the video multiple times, they may not necessarily engage multiple times.

  • how many people choose to engage with your videos after watching them.
  • ER view = Total engagements on video post / Total video views *100
  • Average ER view = Total ER view / Total posts

Factored Engagement rate

  • Add more or less weight to certain factors in the equation.
  • For example, a marketer may wish to place a higher value on comments versus likes, weighting each comment as two versus one.
  • Comment-weighted ER = (Total comments x 2) + all other engagements / Reach per post *100

Cost per engagement

  • If you’ve chosen to sponsor content and engagement is a key objective, you’ll want to know how much that investment is paying off.
  • CPE = Total amount spent / Total engagements

Here are tips on how to increase your engagement

Know your audience

  • By tracking them using Instagram insights you’ll find data about your followers and will be able to help you understand contents relevant to them

Track of time

  • Make sure you post your content when your followers are online so that they may see your posts.

Consistency

  • If you want Instagram to be more engageable then you have to post consistently so you could build and connect with your audience

Engaging with others

  • It’s called social media for a reason. Engage with your audience in different creative ways like run-to like a contest, asking them questions about trendy stuff
  • Promote other people’s brand and your brand as well

Tagging

  • Tag user- general content
  • Tag influencers for they might be of help on the growth of your account and brand
  • Geo-tagging- creates an opportunity for users to visit your location and post photos of them visiting

Be creative

  • Experiment with different varieties that might be suitable for your brand.
  • Creating content with clarity, creativity, consistency are enterprises aiming to build brand awareness in Instagram
  • Write better captions that might appeal to them
  • Instagram video, w/ filters, and stories are top-notch on Instagram. They’re a few things that people always find interesting and always go back to.

Partner with Influencer Marketing Agency

  • Instagram influencer marketing has become significant. It allows marketers to work with key thought leaders in their sector and push brand messaging out to a wider audience.
  • Select the right kind of influencer

Today, we live in a world where almost everything is according to modern technology. Social media is so dominating with whatever generation people belong with. Social media will always be there even in the world of marketing, digital is on the lead. And I would say influencer marketing helped it happen.

Influencer marketing has been embraced as one of the most effective channels for driving a higher ROI. 80% of marketers find it effective and 71% of them say that it helps them drive high-quality traffic and customers. While marketers started leveraging the power of influence with celebrities, micro-influencer collaborations are rising in popularity. Are these reasons enough to convince you to invest in influencer marketing? They should be.

How is micro-influencer rising from its popularity? And how is it becoming more popular and popular as years go by? It’s because social media reaches various places all over the world and reaches a lot of diversities. One post can allow you to engage other people to listen to you. That’s how powerful it is where it could even give a person the power to influence them on what they should do and what they should believe in regarding brands. How can a micro-influencer do that? They might not have a great reach on broad audiences but them having the most significant engagement rate of all the types of influencers made micro-influencers the best way for a brand to navigate its way to success. Additionally, since micro-influencers typically do not have the budget, resources, connections, and number of collaborations as a macro-influencer, this forces them to develop consistent and genuine connections with their followers and their community. They are also eager to grow. As a result, many micro-influencers put a lot more effort into their campaigns which leads to better content.

Brands tend to go for micro-influencers because these are experts in their niches. So any content that they may share that’s related to that niche is considered more credible. It’s also much cheaper compared to hiring a celebrity or a big-time influencer. And due to the lower cost of working with this kind of individual, it allowed brands to have the option of working with several micro-influencers at the same time.

Here are other benefits of working with micro-influencers:

  • Authentic engagement
  • Micro-influencers take pride in producing content that resonates and speaks to their followers and community. This authenticity can also help micro-influencers drive sales for the right product since their followers feel closely connected and invested in the success of a micro-influencer.
  • Can build brand ambassadors
  • Before becoming a macro-influencer, they were micro-influencers. Before becoming a micro-influencer, they are brand ambassadors. Enrolling micro-influencers in your brand ambassador program can do wonders for a recently launched product or a brand looking to increase awareness through social media.
  • Having brand ambassadors is a low-cost way to test if micro-influencers can convey your brand and product attributes in a way to authentically speak to their audience. Additionally, having a brand ambassador program has a low-cost barrier to entry, allowing you to exchange products or a hefty discount code in exchange for a few pieces of content per month.
  • Better chance of reaching your target audience
  • When working with a micro-influencer you have a better chance of reaching your target audience. The majority of micro-influencer followers follow the account because they create highly relevant content for that community. For example, a fashion micro-influencer audience follows and engages with their content because of her unique sense of style and outfit inspiration they provide.
  • Higher ROI potential
  • Micro-influencers are without question less costly than macro-influencers. Many have lower collaboration costs that the industry average for many reasons with some being:
    • Focusing on content quality
    • Looking to build their partnership portfolio
    • Influencer marketing is not their main source of income
    • Doing it to connect with a community rather than make money

Here is more to know about the challenges in micro- influencers

  • Time –  you may want to work with multiple micro-influencers to get maximum results. And this will require more time not only to find and communicate with the influencers but to work through different briefs and review cycles, etc.
  • Quality – some micro-influencers, for whom Instagram isn’t their full-time job, maybe juggling a busy schedule and this could compromise the quality of content. However, you can agree to quality checks/revisions in the contract to avoid this becoming a problem
  • Reach – micro-influencers do have limited reach as they have smaller audiences. If brand awareness is your goal, it will make more sense to work with a macro or mega influencer
  • Creativity – micro-influencers create their best work when given some freedom. Unlike some mega influencer brand collaborations that can be more straightforward in execution, micro-influencers don’t want strict guidelines on exactly what to post. The best thing to do is provide brand guidelines and the goals of the campaign, and allow the micro-influencer to create content they know will resonate best with their audience

Here are tips on becoming one

  • Brand yourself and be creative – You don’t really have to be famous for you to be an influencer. You can start small. And you can start by exploring your niches. Your overlapping interests is what makes you unique as an influencer. Your set of skills and experiences is what attracts users and potential brand partners. Marketers value genuine support, and followers can tell if you’re acting authentically or not.
  • Quality over quantity – your value as a micro-influencer rests on the fact that you don’t have millions of followers. The engagement you elicit from your followers depends on your relatable image. Instead of trying to increase your follower figure, focus on the quality of those relationships. Comment thoughtfully whenever a follower tags you. Post images and videos that show you interacting with real people in everyday circumstances.
  • Be generous – The easiest, least expensive thing to give is information. If you’re a backpacker, post a checklist for two-, three- and five-day trips. Personal shoutouts are another free tactic: When a follower tags you in a post of their own, publicly thank or joke with them from your account.
  • Utilize tools and tell great stories – it’s not enough that you just post a photo and hope followers to fill in the blanks. You should tell them a story of the brand or the product, describe them so your followers know what to expect about it. Be real about sharing your stories cause like what I’ve said they could see if you’re faking it or being authentic

It’s clear that the benefits of working with micro-influencers outweigh those of other types of influencers. And you can clearly see that micro-influencers are the rising stars of the influencer marketing space. They are more cost-effective to work with, generate more engagement, are more relevant, and are seen as authentic and trustworthy. All of these qualities make up for their low reach. You can always partner with micro-influencers if you want to generate more reach and also engage users at the same time. This approach will help you, especially businesses with budget constraints, grow your brand through influencer marketing.

Can anyone be an influencer?

Being an Influencers is not necessarily being a celebrity. Anyone can be an influencer as long as you have the power to affect the purchasing decisions of others because of his or her authority, knowledge, position, or relationship with his or her audience. a following in a distinct niche, with whom he or she actively engages.

But again the big question is how can you earn being an influencer?

Most people know that influencers can earn money from their blogs or social media accounts. It isn’t just a hobby for them, but a way to bring in an income, and for some, it is a full-time job. Yet one of the most common questions we get is how do they earn money?

Paid influence is when you pay someone to talk about your brand or products. This is the most common type of influencer marketing. A classic example is when you find an influencer, and pay them to blog about your products or post an image of themselves and your products on their Instagram.

How Influencers Make Money?

There are lots of ways how influencers earn money. On this blog, you will know different ways how influencers get paid.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is the process of earning a commission by promoting other people’s (or company’s) products.

The premise is incredibly basic: an influencer recommends a product or service and is financially compensated when someone makes a purchase using the influencer’s link.

How much the influencer earns depends on how much the customer spends. Many of the arrangements are percentage-based, and a typical affiliate commission falls between 5 and 30 percent. However, some may be higher or lower.

Sponsored Posts

Sponsored posts are a type of native ad, although native ads encompass more than sponsored posts. Like all native ads, sponsored content is crafted to look like the environment in which they appear. They’re not jarring or disruptive.

With these, brands ask the influencer to promote their product directly in exchange for compensation. Or, specifically in the travel industry, destinations bring in influencers to promote their location and will cover the costs of the trip plus pay an additional fee for a set amount of promotion and deliverables.

Brand Ambassador

A company chooses a brand ambassador to be the “face” of the brand. Ideally, the candidate is a tastemaker in their communities and should plan to use already established networks and relationships to market the brand via word-of-mouth marketing tactics (i.e. referring friends, posting about the brand online, etc.). On top of that, a brand ambassador will also represent her company at specific events, where she may perform product demonstrations or give away sample products.

Brand ambassador salaries vary greatly since most brand ambassadors choose their hours and their compensation differs from one company to the next. These are the typical forms of payment for brand ambassadors:

Salary: According to sites like GlassdoorIndeed, and Payscale, the national average salary for a brand ambassador ranges from about $20,000 a year to up to $58,000 a year, with the standard salary being somewhere in the $40-50,000 range.

Hourly: If the brand ambassador is being paid hourly, the average is between about $10-16 an hour.

Commission: In some cases, companies will pay ambassadors on commission rather than an hourly rate, to incentivize the distribution of promotional materials and the generation of leads by their brand ambassadors. The more leads an ambassador brings into the company, the more earning potential he or she will have.

Courses, Subscriptions, Ebooks

Courses

With courses, the blogger usually provides the buyer with educational materials and (possibly) direct access to them or another person with expertise in that area. The person who purchases the course can then learn about the topic.

Subscription

Influencers with big followings on Instagram and other platforms are starting to put up “paywalls” by charging fans for exclusive content. Subscriptions typically give the buyer access to additional content that isn’t available for free. A system like Patreon is often used to support payments and release of content to the creator.

While these payments add another revenue stream for influencers, analysts say brand partnerships will remain a source of credibility.

Ebooks

Influencers who sell books have the unique opportunity to turn responsibility into retail revenue, and at the same time, fulfill one of their core objectives—connecting their audience with valued content.

The great thing about the book is they are a content double-dip. Your content sends a valuable message about a book, which is also content. Two value-add pieces for your followers; one simple way to earn money for you.

People trust you as an influencer. You’ve made a direct connection between two pieces of relevant content your audience wants and needs. Take advantage of that relationship by offering them a trusted location to make a purchase online.

Photo and Video Sales

Brands and destinations are in constant need of fresh content and some influencers are also earning by placing their images on stock websites (like Getty). They may not earn much per photo, but over time, with enough photos uploaded, a heavy volume of sales can mean hundreds (or thousands) of dollars each month.

How much do Influencers Earn?

The amount influencers earn is dependent on quite a few factors. Below shows the average influencer earnings per post based on the type of influencer and social media platform.

Have you ever tried looking for someone on Instagram but the Instagram app says something like “No Posts Yet” and it doesn’t show the profile’s bio or the follower information? Well, it means you are blocked by that someone.

Instagram doesn’t notify you when someone blocks you. If you have a nagging suspicion about someone who you haven’t heard from in a while, here’s how you can check if they have blocked you on Instagram.

  1. Open your Instagram app.
  2. Go to the search bar.
  3. Type in the person’s username who you think has blocked you into the search bar

Once you find the person you’re looking for, click on their picture and name to enter his/her Instagram profile. You should be able to see his/her pictures. If you cannot see their pictures or any information, or if they don’t appear in the search bar there could be two reasons. Either, this person has blocked you from their Instagram or they have deleted their Instagram account entirely.

You can also confirm this by visiting the person’Instagram profile on the web. If you remember their Instagram ID, add it to the end of the “www.instagram.com/(username)” link.

Again, if Instagram tells you that the page doesn’t exist, they might have blocked you or they might have deleted their profile.

To confirm whether their account has been deleted, you need to do some detective work. Head to an Instagram account you know the person follows and look for comments or likes they’ve left; if you find any, it confirms that they haven’t closed their account, and have indeed blocked you.

You could also always use a friend’s account, or even create a new Instagram account, and look for the person you suspect blocked you. If this other account can find their profile, see their photos, and the like, you’ve been blocked.

What happens when someone blocks you on Instagram?

Blocking someone on Instagram is actually fairly easy. If this person wants to block you for whatever reason, they can do so easily. You can block someone on Instagram or be blocked on Instagram by the click of a button. Once you block someone on Instagram they won’t be able to see your profile or pictures anymore. Although, you will still be able to see this person’s profile if you search for it. If you want more information about how to do this,

So these are some of the changes that happen when someone blocked you on Instagram.

  • You cannot see their profile, photos, or stories
  • You cannot contact them through messages

But what if Instagram itself blocked you? Can Instagram block you? What are the reasons behind this blocking?

Can Instagram Block you?

Instagram has a right to block users without warning them if their profiles violate the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. Oftentimes, Instagram “punishes” profiles with a temporary block.

Reasons why you can be blocked from Instagram

1. Mass following and Mass liking:

Instagram doesn’t want any spambots mass following and unfollowing, so it’s imposed follow limits. You can only follow 7500 accounts, and per hour you can only perform 60 actions (follow and unfollow).

The most apparent sign of receiving a temporary block from Instagram is through trying to grow a significant number of likes and followers at one time. It’s good that you’ll know Limits and restrictions according to official Instagram reference avoid these things to happen.

  • a maximum number of likes per hour: 60;
  • a maximum number of comments per hour: 60;
  • a maximum number of follows per hour: 60;
  • a maximum number of messages per hour: 60.

But if your account is fairly new, the limits are different:

  • a maximum number of likes per hour: 30;
  • a maximum number of comments per hour: 30;
  • a maximum number of follows/unfollows per hour: 30.

2. Excessively Frequent Posting:

Not only is this kind of behavior considered spammy but posting multiple times in a row can cause you to get penalized by the Instagram algorithm, meaning your posts will be shown to fewer people!

Aside from being blocked from Instagram, it’s the best thing to know that If you want to generate a lot of engagement (and sales) on your Instagram posts, you need to post when your audience is most active! So there’s no need to post-flooding because it will become useless when no engagement.

3. Copyright Infringement:

Copyright infringement (colloquially referred to as piracy) is the use of works protected by copyright law without permission for a usage where such permission is required, thereby infringing certain exclusive rights granted to the copyright holder, such as the right to reproduce, distribute, display or perform the protected work, or to make derivative works.

As a general matter, copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner.

The copyright issue is a big deal on Instagram. All images in your account have to be either yours or permitted by the author. If you want to share somebody else’s image, tag the author in the photo (provided he has an Instagram account) and give credit to the author in the description.  Moreover, if you post a video with music to which you don’t have the rights, Instagram will remove such a post for sure. The worst thing is the author can report you to Instagram for using the photo without their agreement or specifying the authorship and you can be blocked for copyright infringement.

4. Images/Videos Violating Social Network Rules :

Whatever your goals are,  posting Photos and videos with naked bodies, sexual content, and violence are considered unsuitable. posting such inappropriate content can get you banned, so you must be very vigilant.

        5. User Complaints:

Can anyone report you on Instagram? Yes, People can complain especially if you don’t follow the restrictions like mass liking, mass following, insults, inappropriate content, spam, etc.

       6.Different IP addresses and Devices:

An Instagram IP ban is a ban placed on a particular device so that it is restricted from accessing the services of Instagram.

If you log into your account from various devices and approve it via SMS, Instagram is less likely to ban you. Though, if you log in with different devices and IP-addresses, Instagram may think scammers hacked your account. The social network responds to it instantly and blocks the profile for your own safety.

After getting banned/ blocked from Instagram is there a chance to recover your account?

If you have been blocked temporarily, do NOTHING about it. It just makes no sense. Wait until Instagram finally hands back your privileges and you are good to go. Just make sure you do not repeat the actions that got you a temporary block ever again, or you may try the following steps.

How to recover Instagram’s temporary ban?

1. Report to Instagram:

You can report your problem to the administration by clicking the “Tell Us” or “Report” option.

2. Stop for two days and then try on the third day:

You should stop using your account for at least 2 days. It means no liking, commenting, following, or unfollowing. But of course, you can continue browsing on Instagram.

On the 3rd day, you can continue your normal activities and remember to avoid anything that would make you look like a bot. You should like and comment only a couple of photos every day.

3. Link Instagram with other social networks:

It would help you to link your Instagram account with your other social media account. You would seem more legit if you link your Instagram to other social media.

4. Edit your Bio:

Edit and make changes to your bio. This might help your account and saves you from any further troubles.

5. Clean and Reinstall:

Use the platform like a regular user, which means avoiding spammy actions, and you’ll be fine. Instagram’s goal is to make the platform more enjoyable.

Having a hard time seeing growth on your Instagram page? Even if you’ve been posting high-quality photos and unique concepts, you can’t seem to capture the hearts of your followers?

But, how do you get more people to engage with your content? It’s easy: Ask questions. But make sure that it has something to do with your business, it should be business-related.

When you ask questions that give an opportunity for them to open up, you start the conversation.

These types of questions can be asked in a lot of ways.

For example:

  • Remodeling or crafting related business. What project are you creating right now?
  • Life or business coach. What is your biggest goal right now?
  • Theatre. What movies are you excited to see next?
  • Restaurant. When is your next date night?

As you can see, the entire question has such as “now” or “next.” This helps prompt a response.

The questions are also limited in scope and easy to answer. They are customized to the type of business asking them and related to something that their ideal customer deeply cares about.

The next question that you can use is how your audience likes your service or product.

Example.

  • How do you use our product? / How do you find our service?

This is an effective question because you got to know your audience’s feedback on your product or service. You will have an engagement with your audience at the same time you can gather information and you gain some useful information in the process.

Example Questions To Ask About Your Product / Service

  1. Who is your favorite person to use/share (product or service) with? Tag them!
  2. Who first told you about (product or service)?
  3. When was the last time you had a (product or service)?
  4. What is your favorite thing about (product or service)?

  • What makes you inspired?

People want to feel good and be inspired. That’s why there’s a lot of inspirational quotes or memes are posted on social media.

It is much better if you post an inspirational quote, come up with a question on captions. Try some questions that your audience feel your concern to them. But make sure that your question has something to do with your posted quotes.

  1. Who is the most important person in your life?
  2. Who is your inspiration?
  3. What are you doing to change the world?
  4. What are you going to do to be successful?
  5. What are your dreams?

  • Let them tell you what they like most

Give your audience the power to choose. Ask your users about the colors they’re waiting to see in the store, most desired items, type of content they want to read. You can do this using the  Instagram polls. This will also serve as a short survey and easy to read instead of browsing all the comments.

  • Trivia or games

Sometimes the easiest way to engage with your customers is with a simple trivia question or action-driven quiz to complete for fun. You can post an abstract visual game or you could ask a trivia question- bonus points if it’s based on your brand. For example, ask followers to comment with their guess on what year your brand was founded. What is the first product of your company etc?

This builds trust and helps them know that you are a valuable resource on the topic you are an expert in. You don’t have to be serious all the time. This is a fun format to share a joke or humorous meme– just make sure that you really know your audience and don’t cross a line.

  • Fill in the blanks

Fill-in-the-blank is similar to other trivia and survey questions, except the answer is more restricted. Make sure your fill-in-the-blank is brand-related, or you could reference an upcoming holiday; let your followers do the rest of the work by commenting on their answers and tagging their friends to make it a group game. And as always, make sure to include a hashtag for your followers to spread the word for you.

Example

All I want for Christmas is _____________.

If I could go anywhere right now, I would like to go to _______________

  • Experiential

Take advantage of Instagram’s emphasis on experience, travel, food, or other sensory pursuits: Ask questions that tap into your followers’ experiential focus points- the topics that they care about most, and therefore make them excited to share and engage with your brand. You can ask them their experience in traveling in one place, or you can also ask questions about cultural and holiday practices, sports, entertainment, or other emotionally driven topics.

  • Q&A

This strategy is mostly used by the influencers. Their audience will ask anything about them and of course, you should answer all of that honestly. Well, it all depends on the way the influencers take the questions, it can be serious or can have some sort of humor.

As for the brand, you can also ask your followers if they have any questions about your brand, product, or industry. Providing a well-executed Q&A forum gives your followers a sense of importance and the opportunity to learn more about your brand; it also allows them to indirectly divulge ways in which they’d like it to improve, and provides you with insight into what areas you should focus on providing informational content around.

  • Tag a friend

This is also good when running giveaways. For example, you will ask your audience what’s their favorite on all your product and they have to tag a friend with their comments to win a price on a raffle. In this way, your audience will tag all their friends, so the engagement will be doubled.

There are a lot of questions you may use but you have to be more creative to get the engagement that you want. Don’t forget to use Instagram Analytics to discover which questions resonate with your followers so you can tweak how you engage and build relationships with your followers.

It’s no question that Instagram is one of the most effective social media platforms to promote your brand nowadays But Instagram’s popularity might make you feel the platform is already too crowded for you to stand out. Here’s the thing,  brands are quickly realizing the power of normal people to promote their products.

With more advertisers going on board and ad space stagnating, brands are looking into alternative ways to grow their audience. Sponsored posts on Instagram are a huge, new channel for brands. In this post, we share with you how to get sponsors on Instagram from day one.

So what is a sponsored Instagram and how to get sponsors on Instagram?

Instagram sponsored posts (which are sometimes used to refer to “promoted” posts) are organic posts on-platform that you then pay to promote. When you do this, you aren’t creating an entirely new ad with the same creative but actually having that exact post– engagement and all– to be shown to more users.

You can get paid on Instagram in the following ways: Creating sponsored posts for brands that want to get in front of your audience. Becoming an affiliate and making a commission selling other brands’ products. Creating and selling a physical or digital product or offering a paid service

If you want to crack the code for how to get sponsored on Instagram, start by thoroughly defining your personal brand, what it is, and what it is not. That said, don’t be afraid to experiment with different types of content, like different types of images, videos, Instagram carousels/gallery posts, and stories. It’s also considered ideal to post your own “branded” content, while also sourcing curated content from other related accounts (with permission and proper attribution).

The key takeaway here is that Instagram sponsorships are possible for anyone, regardless of your following size, if you follow these steps. There’s always a brand looking to spread messaging on their products and services, and are open to influencers or Instagrammers with strong personal brands for Instagram sponsorships.

How to Get Sponsors on Instagram

Brands consider many factors when researching Instagram sponsorship. Follow these tips to stand out to companies looking to partner with influencers and micro-influencers.

1. Define your brand.

Besides the type of content you post, branding has a lot to do with your overall aesthetic.

Your brand is the sum of people’s perception of your products, vision, and content. Everything from your voice on social media to your packaging design influences the perception that others have of your brand. Branding can be the difference between customers buying from you or buying from your competitors.

Specificity is key. A good influencer’s posts are distinguishable and unique — when users are flipping through their feed, they’ll be able to pause and recognize every time she sees a post from that influencer. As they continue to see similar content, they grow to trust that brand as an expert in the field. If the influencer suddenly and randomly changed course, the user might not understand or trust the content anymore.

Additionally, you might want to connect your Instagram brand with an online presence. Creating a website with similar aesthetics and messaging is a good way to do this — the more you unify your social media accounts, the easier it will be for brands to distinguish how you can help them.

2. Know your audience.

Knowing your audience is critical for convincing a brand to work with you. It’s mutually beneficial for you, as well — if you understand your audience, you’re able to correctly identify which brands will see the most success from using you as their sponsor.

The more you understand your audience, the more powerful your SEO and marketing efforts will become.

You should know your demographics, it will help you pitch partnerships with brands. Brands want to know who they can reach if they work with you. First, you should know what is the gender, age, and geographical location of your core demographic? Which of your posts do they like the best? What times of day do they respond best to content, and what can you infer from this?

3. Post consistently.

Are you wondering how else to get a sponsored post on Instagram? Consistency is key!

Consistency is key in social media marketing. For your audience to recognize your brand, you must be consistent. Being consistent in your brand allows you to grow in audience engagement and reach.

Posting once a day will increase your chances of getting brand deals and getting more followers!

If you plan to post multiple times per day, try to keep them spaced throughout the day so your posts don’t have to compete with each other for engagement.

If you’re not routinely posting, people may forget about you or unfollow – definitely not something potential sponsors want to see!

Plus, the Instagram algorithm likes brand new, fresh, high-quality content. Your posts will be more likely to be featured if you keep them frequent and consistent.

Use your Instagram analytics to figure out when the best days and times are to post and work it into your posting schedule.

4. Use hashtags, geotags, and Brand tags

All three types of tags are the tools you need to use to make your content discoverable. That’s how you get sponsored on Instagram with 1000 followers, or 10,000!

The best hashtags for Instagram are relevant to your brand and relate directly to what you’re posting. You can use up to 30 hashtags at once, but the sweet spot is around 10 or so per post.

You’ll want to use hashtags as relevant to your content as possible. You’ll also need to check to make sure the hashtags you use aren’t broken or banned.

The best hashtags for Instagram are relevant to your brand and relate directly to what you’re posting. You can use up to 30 hashtags at once, but the sweet spot is around 10 or so per post.

The overly broad hashtags used millions of times will have much more competition.

Using a generic hashtag like #instagood or #photoftheday will make it a lot harder to get noticed.

Geotags are equally important, but for a different reason. Geotags can help people find you if they’re interested in a certain location. This helps you gain more followers, and it also helps you appeal to brands that are interested in reaching a certain demographic.

Tagging brands in your posts is the perfect stepping stone to getting brand deals. Not only will the brand receive a notification and see your post, but people who are interested in the product or service can also inquire in the comments.

Start by using smaller brands that are less inundated with tags to gain attention. You can always level up to more prominent brands later!

6. Include contact information in your bio.

How do you get sponsored on Instagram? By having the best Instagram profile and complete bio as possible.

Be sure also to clearly define your purpose and explain who you are in your bio. People want to know who they are following. They also need to understand why they should follow you in the first place!

Include an email or website so they can reach you, and include a press kit if possible. You can also use a website or blog as your chance to expand on your brand and demonstrate your versatility.

These steps are only the start of optimizing your brand. You will also be needing these two (2) steps to really build your account.

  1. Prepare a Media Kit

What is an Influencer Media Kit & How to make it?

An influencer media kit is a digital portfolio that tells your clients everything they need to know about you. It is an opportunity to highlight your achievements and showcase your USP (unique selling proposition).

Think of your influencer media kit as your business card, CV, and portfolio of work all in one document.

Influencer kits are a nice, tidy way to showcase your work, highlight your achievements, and impress people who are interested in collaborating with you. If you’re serious about earning money as an influencer, you need an influencer media kit.

Actually, you will need a media kit for just about any business proposition, whether it’s a brand reaching out to you or you reaching out to a brand. Your media kit is going to be the most concise and organized way to highlight how AWESOME you are

How to create/make a kit?

There are many free media kit templates available. All you need to do is enter your information into the template.

But these templates are not as effective as custom media kits because they don’t allow you to add your personal touch. Even if it takes some more time, you should design your own influencer media kit.

The following information should be on your kit to make it more attractive and of course an effective one.

  • Important details about yourself

Brands who are looking to collaborate with you will want to know a little about you. Marketers have only seen you on screen through your profile. But before they collaborate with you, they would like to know more about you.

Don’t go into every little detail of your life, however. Summarize yourself in a few sentences, emphasizing your expertise in whatever niche is the focus of your blog and/or social activity.

It helps brands to understand the type of person they could potentially work alongside.

For instance, if you’re a food influencer, write about why you’re passionate about your niche. Are you a professional chef or a nutritionist? Do you share food content because you like to experiment? Or because you believe in clean eating?

  • Your Contact Details

Obviously inputting your contact details is important because the purpose of creating an influencer media kit is to get people to connect with you.

You need accurate and up-to-date contact information. At a minimum include your email address, website, and social handles. Ideally, you should add your phone number and postal address as well.

  • Follower Numbers on Your Important Social Network

The number of followers you have on social media is the first thing that brands will want to know. Of course, there is a lot more to social media than just getting followers. But it’s still an important metric for brands.

While follower count is important, brands are more interested in your Instagram engagement rate.

Because when a brand invests in influencer marketing, they want to make sure that your audience is active, engaged, and likely to respond positively with what you’ll be posting about on their behalf.

  • Audience Demographics

Brands and marketers are looking for influencers who have a group of followers that closely match their own target market. So it is important to provide details about your audience and their demographics. In your influencer media kit, you should try to show your typical audience persona.

  • Past Work and Current Partnerships

Talk about your previous successful campaigns. Highlight some of the brands you’ve worked with, as well as some of the paid content you’ve created. It would be helpful to show some examples of particularly engaging conversations that have started as a result of your sponsored posts

  • Design

Your media kit is an extension of your personal brand. Make it visually appealing and make sure that it matches your overall style.

You need to keep your media kit brief; ideally, limit it to three pages. Include a headshot of yourself and key imagery from your social channels. You can use Photoshop or InDesign or even Canva to create a professional-looking document.

The last thing that you should include on your kit is the

  • Pricing

A blogger rate sheet is like an ad rate sheet. If a company was charging advertising space on their website, tv channel, or magazine they would have to tell the person looking to advertise how much it would cost for them to do so.

Be upfront about it. It gives marketers a better idea if a collaboration suits their budget .Once you’re comfortable with the idea of charging for your sponsored posts, you will find it easier to charge brands money for work you do on their behalf.

Another way to let brands know you’re interested in working with them is to directly pitch your services for the partnership.

You can simply send them a direct message (DM) saying that you love their brand, have some ideas for a collaboration, and specifically call out why you think it would be a good partnership for them. Ask for their email or contact number to talk more about it, as communicating purely through DM can seem unprofessional.

Here are a few tips on how to get brand deals on Instagram.

Explain who you are and what you do. Let the brand know what your specific niche or industry is and why you would be a beneficial asset to them.

Include relevant data, such as follower count, engagement rate, and other vital insights. These help show why you’d be a great choice to promote the brand. Your stats also show you know what you need to do it successfully!

Number of Followers 25-50k followers 50-100k followers 100-250k followers 250k-1M followers 1M+ followers
Instagram Influencer Rates $800- $1,500 $1,500 – $2,000 $2,000 – $6,000 $6,000 – $10,000 $10,000+

However, you must also consider the type of account the influencer has and if they’re catering to a niche or general audience. Their rate also depends if they were already a celebrity even before starting the account or only gained fame afterward. However, the pricing above is indicative of the average pricing of influencers in the US.

Instagram Shoutouts

Shoutouts are stories, videos, or posts, where an influencer mentions your brand account.

Number of Followers 100-500k followers 500k- 1m followers 1M+ followers
Instagram Influencer Rates starts at $250 starts at $1,000 starts at $1500

Note:

The rate is fairly lower than an Instagram post mainly because shoutouts are often removed from the account within a span of time.

Giveaways

These are short term campaigns and is a very popular technique in increasing brand awareness. It’s very simple to set up and can do tons of exposure to both influencers and brands. In this campaign, the brand gives the influencer something they can offer to their followers. This creates increased brand awareness and even new leads.

Takeovers

In this strategy, a brand gives an influencer full access to their social media platforms so the influencer can organize your brand at a specific amount of time.

Affiliate Marketing

This technique partners businesses with influencers in promoting their products and services. When a purchase is made, the influencer will receive a commission.

Sponsored Content

This allows you to partner up with an influencer to create and post content for your business. They can also create exposure for your brand if you have a lot of content available and just needs a boost and be known.

Gifts

Also known as product seeding, you would need to send a free product to influencers in the hopes that they post something positive about it. Now, while some influencers are excited to receive free items, some may expect a minimal fee for this.

Sponsored blog post

This will allow influencers to write an article about your product and services. It can be done by a dedicated blog post for your brand or it can be mentioned along with other similar products.

Guest Blogging

Influencers in your industry will post your articles on their blog. It can also be done thru websites that are related to your line of business.

Brand Ambassador

This is a long term engagement with the influencer since they will be the face for your brand. These influencers are already using your product so it would be easier for them to talk about it.

In conclusion, there are really no fixed rules when it comes to the amount of budget you need. The rate for Instagram Marketing will vary depending on the duration and size of the campaign, followers they have, and commitment they would like to give your brand. In reality, the more work it requires, the more costly it becomes.

Do your research and be on the lookout for companies that offer these services at a fraction of the cost but with a minimal fee.

Are you that keyboard warrior that keeps on following lots of people on Instagram? Or did you come to a point that you have to unfollow someone on Instagram? Is this scenario allowed? How often or how much following or unfollowing activities are allowed?

Well like other platforms, Instagram has restrictions.  To protect its community, Instagram has established some rules regarding different activities on the platform.

As an Instagram user, you should be aware of Instagram’s rules and restrictions to get high engagement and avoid getting banned. It is really important to be aware of Instagram’s rules, restrictions, limits, and policies such as Like, Comment, Direct message, Follow, Unfollow latest Instagram algorithm, guideline, etc.

If every action were unlimited on Instagram, many business and individual users had the opportunity to excessively promote their account, unlimited comments, follow and unfollow.  That’s why Instagram has set some rules about these actions without actually announcing them.

In this article, we are going to tackle what are these restrictions/limits. Although there are no official statements about Instagram’s follow/ unfollow, like, comment, etc. limits, but according to experiences, we have found Instagram’s limitations. Depending on your account and the previous account activities that Instagram has seen you do, it is all different from different people.

There are some important factors that have a significant effect on your actions. These are the ff.

  • The age of your Instagram account – If your account is more than three months old, it is considered an old account. When you use your account it gets older; naturally, your activity will be increased too. Do not expect to gain a tremendous number of followers or like tons of photos just on the first day.

  • The number of your followers – Those who have a higher number of followers are allowed to do more activities on their Instagram. It shows your account is older, and your engagement rate is higher than other users.

  • Your account’s engagement – Instagram engagement is a vital metric to estimate the number of actions that you take on Instagram. Instagram engagement depends on many things, but it can be summarized in these factors: likes, comments, shares, and saves.

  • Your account’s activity – The more you are active on Instagram, it allows you to do more activities on the platform. So, if you want to use more features on Instagram, you have to be more active on Instagram.

Instagram follow / Unfollow limit

These two are considered as one action by Instagram. You can follow or unfollow up to 150 accounts per day. For new Instagram users, this figure might be around 100. Also, remember to keep things to look natural for Instagram, it is best to follow or unfollow ten accounts per hour. The good news is, there is no limit on the number of accounts that follow you. That’s how celebrities get so many followers only after a brief time of setting up their account.

To avoid spamming on Instagram, you should be moderate on following or unfollowing accounts at the beginning. Try to increase the numbers by week.

Instagram Like Limit

There were reports that the like limit on Instagram is 300 to 350 likes/hour. And, you can see that if you are not using any automation Instagram tool, then it is quite impossible to like 350 times per hour manually. So, for being safe, you should keep it less than that per hour.

When liking posts, make sure you are liking posts from the accounts you follow, otherwise, you are increasing the chance of getting banned. best practice would be to like 3 last posts of each new account you follow, which will result in a total number of 300-400 likes per day.

Instagram Comment Limit

Comments and DMs are more critical. Commenting is restricted to 2-5 comments per day (20-30 per day). And we have almost the same numbers for DMs.

Instagram Direct Message limits

Numbers are almost the same as Instagram comment limits. But when sending DMs, you have to consider some other notes:

  • Never send the same message to many accounts. (what bots and automation do)
  • Try to rotate between several DM formats.
  • Personalize your direct messages. (make sure to include the name and ID of your audience)
  • Never attach a link to your DM if it’s your first interaction with that user.
  • Try to plan your DM activities during the whole day.

Instagram Algorithm

How does the Instagram algorithm actually work?

The Instagram algorithm is actually changing all of the time, based on the huge amount of data it gains every minute of every day. The algorithm is powered by machine learning, which means that any new behavioral patterns or trends will be factored into how the algorithm works.

The Instagram algorithm is what decides which posts people see every time they open their feed. If you want to gain more followers on Instagram, then you need to understand how the Instagram algorithm works. Before you jump onto this platform and expect to get huge returns, it is important for you to know how, exactly, you can beat the Instagram algorithm.

As confirmed by Instagram itself (well, the creators behind it), feed ranking is evolving and changing all the time based on user data.

Instagram ranking factors

These are the six key factors Instagram’s ranking algorithm relies on when arranging posts.

  1. Interest — how much a user is expected to care about the post
  2. Relationship — how a user is related to the authors of the posts in social media terms and literally, that is accounts from the “friends and family” category are prioritized
  3. Recency — how recently the content was posted
  4. Frequency — How often a user opens Instagram, that is, the best posts since the user’s last visit will be displayed first
  5. Following — how many accounts a user follows, that means, the more posts there are to rank, the harder it is to display all of them
  6. Usage — how much time a user spends on Instagram per session.

To measure the performance of your posts and find ways to leverage the Instagram algorithm. There are three factors that you should keep in mind.

These are the following;

  1. Engagement – The Instagram algorithm ranks the most engaging posts higher. When a user likes someone’s posts, they see more posts from that account in their feed. This means that it will take a long time for them to reach the bottom of their newsfeed. They may end up seeing only 10% of the posts.

  1. Time The Instagram algorithm also believes that time is everything on the social platform regarding ranking a post. This helps Instagram make money from ads. Knowing this means that keeping users engaged will help Instagram, and thereby help you.

  1. How the user has interacted with similar posts. – The Instagram algorithm detects what might interest a user based on how that user has interacted with similar content. If your posts are similar to those, yours will be shown more often. Interest the user has conveyed. This signal is based on whether the user interacts with other, similar posts and accounts when they explore Instagram. Users who also engage with similar content are more likely to see your own posts

How to optimize for the Instagram algorithm

Knowing exactly how the algorithm works is a huge advantage for anyone looking to grow their following and build a strong brand on Instagram.

With this in mind, here are 6 extra tips to gain an advantage with the Instagram algorithm in 2020:

  1. More Interactions with Instagram Stories Stickers Instagram Stories stickers are a great way to encourage audience engagement — and the more engagement your posts get, the higher they’ll be boosted by the Instagram algorithm!

There are lots of Instagram stickers, but the best ones for driving engagement are the pollemoji slider, and question stickers.

Poll and emoji slider stickers are a quick and easy engagement win and can work for almost any business or brand.

2. Drive Conversations with Engaging Captions  – Instagram has confirmed that likes and comments are super important when it comes to feeding ranking — so it’s a great idea to encourage as many as possible for your posts.

One of the best ways to do this is by writing good captions that drive engagement. Aside from hashtags, keyword feature is enabled on Instagram making the caption more relevant on the entire relevance of the post.

3. Cross-Promote Your Instagram Content for Maximum Engagement  – cross-promoting your Instagram content is a great place to start to help boost your algorithm ranking

As Instagram has grown, so too has the number of channels that you can share content: feed, stories, and most recently IGTV that you can strategically use to drive different audiences to your most recent content.

  1. Optimize Your Hashtags to Reach Relevant CommunitiesAdding hashtags to your posts is one of the most effective ways to reach more people on Instagram, which means more “views” for the Instagram algorithm to take into account.

And with a good hashtag strategy, you won’t just reach more people — you’ll reach people who are relevant for your business, and most likely to engage with your content.

      5. Dive into Your DMs – Much like comments and likes, direct messages (DMs) are a strong engagement indicator for the Instagram algorithm.

One way to use this to your advantage is to regularly invite your audience to DM you with their questions or feedback — or by regularly sending “quick emoji reactions” to relevant Instagram Stories.

  1. Reels rolls out to more than 50 countries, including the U.S. – As U.S. officials threaten TikTok restrictions, Instagram has seized the opportunity to release Reels in more than 50 countries including the U.S., Australia, Canada, and Japan. The feature was released in India in July on the heels of a nationwide-ban of TikTok.

The TikTok copycat allows people to record and edit 15-second videos with a full gamut of special effects. Once created, they can be shared to the feed, Stories, and Direct, while public Reels also appear in a dedicated part of the Explore tab. In some countries, Reels has replaced the Explore tab altogether.

6. Use Instagram Analytics –Taking on your Instagram strategy with a better understanding of what’s working (and what isn’t) will help you come up with a finely tuned marketing plan, saving you time and effort in the long run.

Optimize your Instagram content and grow your engagement by comparing which post types or photos are performing best, and applying those learnings to your Instagram strategy!

But diving into your Instagram Analytics means more than just finding out which photo, video, or story performed best. Truly understanding how your content performs – by tracking key metrics over time – is key to knowing how you stand against the Instagram algorithm.

Whatever tactic you choose to focus on to improve your algorithm ranking in 2020, the most important thing is to keep engaging with your audience at the heart of your strategy.

In a few weeks from now, we will be ending 2020 (Hooray for 2021!!) and yet Instagram never stops to surprise us with new updates. All these features are meant to improve the user’s experience and provide seamless usage of the platform.

Instagram has become a powerful tool offering massive exposure for small to large businesses. Now, there’s also no denying the power of Celebrity Marketing and the wonders it can do to your business.

Celebrities have this “star power” that has the ability to influence their followers in ways you can only imagine. These individuals have been using their following to promote various products and services for ages and this has, in turn, helped companies build brand awareness and generate sales through their endorsements.

The main reason why Instagram marketing is the most sought out technique used for social marketing is that it is considered the most widely used and most powerful tool there is in the market today. Big companies have used Instagram to communicate with their clients and introduce new products. Also, new businesses can use it to promote themselves with much better results than any other platform that can be used.

Now let’s discuss why you need to take advantage of the best marketing collaboration of all time.

Work With an Agency That Will Do Most of the Influencer Marketing for You

Influencer Marketing agencies act as a middleman between the influencer and the business who would want help with their marketing strategy. To most businesses, the process of looking out for influencers, contacting them, and selecting “the one” that fits your business, and then creating campaigns with them is time-consuming and confusing for someone who will conduct this kind of strategy for the first time. Most of these businesses would rather pay for a specialist to do the work for them.

There are many agencies that offer full service meaning they help businesses through every stage of the process. The process includes looking out for the right influencer, assisting with content creation, analyzing, and reporting of a campaign.

This procedure can minimize failures in your campaigns.

Use a Platform Tool to Simplify the Process of Finding Your Influencers

Each of these platforms focuses on providing influencer services for social media platforms. Think of it as a marketplace for all influencers. You get to see the influencers’ profile and gauge if they’re the right fit or not. So if you’re thinking of not using an agency for your influencer marketing needs, then you will need to build a relationship with your targeted influencer yourself.

Now, this is where it gets a bit challenging. You first need to identify which influencer has the same niche as you do. If you are active online, you may have an idea which influencer you want to partner with. In some cases, you will need to do some research to check and see which influencers are the best.

Influencer Platforms can give you the following services:

  1. Influencer discovery – Influencers create a profile on their platform and you can see which one is a perfect fit for your business. This platform will provide a list of influencer and they can also give you their statistics
  2. Relationship management – Simplify relationship management activities by automating contract negotiations, production workflows, and content approvals to ensure the campaign flows smoothly
  3. Campaign management – These platforms can help you set up and manage your campaigns. You can also track their progress by generating detailed reports of your campaign
  4. Influencer marketplace – Influencer profiles are given, you just have to choose one which resonates with your brand
  5. Third-party analytics – Gives you data analytics on your campaign
  6. Influencer content amplifications – Develop content and creative strategies that tell that perfect story through photos, videos, and experiences with real-time results

Do All of Your Influencer Marketing Organically, Build up Your Influencer Relationships Naturally

Influencer marketing happens when influencers of any size promote a brand without a campaign contract. These kinds of influencers are already fans of your brand or tries a brand and share their experience or create a review with their followers without having a contract with you. Organic influencer marketing seems more trustworthy to their audience as they are categorized as trusted experts.

This strategy is cost-effective as it only costs a small investment by giving the influencer exposure to your product and services. This also creates freedom for the influencer to create content however they want it. This increases authenticity and follower engagement.

Among many marketing strategies out there, using an Instagram Influencer Marketing strategy represents one of the cheapest and most efficient solutions. Even though there is a great competition, you always have a chance to find the targeted audience. However, you have to be aware of all the important factors that are crucial for that.
